As the twenty-first century progresses, technological advancements have become increasingly prominent. While these innovations have undoubtedly made life more convenient and comfortable, they have also introduced a range of challenges at the individual, family, societal, and environmental levels. Issues such as stress, psychosomatic illnesses, family breakdowns, terrorism, wars, ecological degradation, and resource depletion have emerged alongside this rapid progress. Moreover, technological growth has often coincided with a noticeable decline in values and ethical behaviour. This suggests that technology alone cannot guarantee a happy, prosperous, and meaningful life. Therefore, it is essential to balance technological development with the cultivation of human values. By fostering a synergy between technical skills and ethical principles, we can ensure the responsible and holistic application of technology. This complementarity will promote a broader, more integrated worldview, achieved through value-based education. Such a perspective encourages harmonious living within families, society, and the nature/existence, guiding humanity toward excellence in all aspects of life.

To ensure nature friendly environment, healthy work culture and to develop a holistic worldview among faculty members, students, staff, and their family members as well as nearby areas, Value Education Cell (VE Cell) was established in I.T.S CPS in the year 2025 under the guidelines of CCSU & AICTE with the following objectives:

• Develop right understanding by sharing the understanding (Value Education).
• Develop right skills by teaching (Technical Education).
• Practice right living during the period of education and its continuity.
• Living in relationship with other human beings leading to mutual happiness.
• Living in relationships with rest-of-nature leading to mutual prosperity and hence ensuring nature-friendly environment in the campus.
